- Surface Integrity & Transitions: Thorough structural checks of all riding surfaces—including concrete slabs and timber modules—ensuring all ground transition plates are perfectly flush to eliminate wheel-catch or tripping hazards.
- Structural & Weld Elements: Rigorous engineering stress reviews of structural joints, panels, guard rails, and grind rails to spot premature metal fatigue, loose fixings, or hidden degradation.
- Ancillary & Environment Hazards: Assessing immediate surrounding safety zones (up to 3.0 metres), boundary fencing, signage legibility, and potential vandalism risks.
